There are nine communities bordering the Cromarty Firth. The Port organises a quarterly joint meeting that representatives from each community council can attend. They receive an update on the Ports activities and can ask questions about the Trust and our plans.
Joint Community Council Meetings
Joint meetings with the Firth’s Community Councils take place every three months. The majority are attended by representatives from at least five of the nine communities that border the Firth. The meetings update the local CCs on health, safety, security, environment, staff, port operations, major projects and community sponsorship projects. Attendees can also ask questions about items that may have been raised at their Community Council meeting.
