Port of Cromarty Firth collects and records all the feedback we receive. You can contact us by telephone or email (see below) with your feedback and it will be logged in our Integrated Quality Management System. This system is open to all staff and is regularly reviewed to ensure we make continuous improvements.
Complaints and / or Questions
If you have a complaint or question about activities taking place in the waters of the Firth, or on Port-owned facilities (Invergordon Service Base and the Saltburn Pier), please contact us using the details below.
All feedback is logged and all questions are answered. We have a quality management system to ensure continuous improvements are made.
Please bear in mind that your complaint or question may relate to activities on private facilities or being undertaken by independent companies operating on the Port’s facilities. These activities do not necessarily fall under the jurisdiction of the Port. We will try to assist and point you in the right direction to have your query answered.
